Holders of residence permits for investment purposes are entitled to bring their family with them, to be given a permanent residence permit, as well as to obtain Portuguese nationality, in accordance with current Portuguese legal dispositions.
Who may require a Residence Permit for Investment Purposes (Golden Visa)?

- Direct Transfer of capital in the amount of, at least, 1 million€ (including the acquisition of shares in companies with activity authorized by the Portuguese Securities Market Commission)
- The creation of a minimum of 10 jobs.
Yes, through the taxation system applicable to non-habitual residents.
Competitive advantages:

How can I obtain the Non-Habitual Resident status?
- By not having resided in Portugal in the last 5 years;

For such you must have lived in Portugal for more than 183 days, in a sequential or alternate way, or, having resided for less time, by holding, on 31st December of that year, a residence that will patently indicate your willingness to keep it and occupy it as your main residence;
